Job Description

Our client, a leader in their manufacturing industry, is looking to add multiple maintenance electricians to their operations. They have openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts within their operation. We are looking for individuals that have experience with 240 and 480 volts in an industrial environment. These positions are long term/permanent job openings due to increases in business.

Description:

Responsible for the safe repair and rebuild of tube mill production equipment to maximize quality, up time, rate, and yield.

- Perform maintenance in all areas of the Plant including industrial electrical control systems, power systems, AC and DC electronic speed control drives, gearbox and mill rebuilds, annealing furnace repair, mechanical trouble shooting and crane repair

- Trouble shooting of Programmable Logic Controls, motors, drives and relays

- Perform Preventive & Predictive maintenance on mechanical electrical equipment which includes ordering electrical parts per specifications

- Adhere to safe work practices in accordance with OSHA and Company safety policies & procedures such as LOTO & Arc Flash

- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong problem solving skills

Medium work: exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 lbs frequently

- Attention to detail

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
