Job Title: Laminated Parts Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Laminated Parts Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of belts and baskets for the Food Service Industry using several different machines. The primary consumers of these products are renowned fast food chains. You will be trained to assemble and manufacture these items and you should be comfortable working in an assembly-type environment. Your duties will include cutting, sealing, and putting together small parts. Your workstation will be in close proximity to the machines laminating the material together, where you will place the trays and baskets in the machine and retrieve the finished product. Note that this area can become hot during the summer, but rotation with assemblers is often practiced.
Hard Skills
+ Ability to fabricate other parts needed to produce various amounts of belts
+ Experienced in, hand sealer, four-corner fixture, measuring devices
+ Ability to measure accurately
+ Ability to read orders and carry out essential functions of the job without direct supervision

Work Environment
We offer a laid-back environment with a team that gets along very well. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in different areas of what we call our ‘Cooking’ department and move into higher level roles. Our facilities consist of 4 separate buildings, all in close proximity to each other.
