Job Description
Our client is a leading global leader in commercial real estate. They are seeking an Operations Manager, to oversee daily operations at their Class A property in Chicago, focusing on delivering top-notch client service and fostering lasting relationships. This person will report to the General Manager and key responsibilities include:- Leading Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Managing customer relationships and addressing real estate needs
- Coordinating property tours and overseeing event programming
- Supporting amenity engagement and corporate objectives
- Developing team members and setting career advancement goals
- Develop annual budgets and capital plans
- Handle financial reporting and investor communications
- Manage third-party contractors and oversee maintenance projects
- Supervise building projects and assist Property Management as needed
- 3+ years of experience in real estate or hospitality (hotel management is ideal)
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in hospitality or real estate)
- Experience handling annual budgets, financial proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Critical competencies include leadership experience, initiative, strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
