Role Summary

Optimizing our supply chain architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. You will develop comprehensive architectural frameworks, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our supply chain operations. Your expertise will be vital in integrating advanced technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Execution Process & Systems.
Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive supply chain architectural frameworks that align with business goals and market demands.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement supply chain strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, procurement, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of supply chain processes.
Process Optimization: Identify and architect process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Technology Integration: Partner with technology teams on design and integration of advanced technologies, such as RFID, AI, IoT, and blockchain, into supply chain operations to improve visibility and performance.
Risk Management: Develop architectural frameworks to mitigate risks and address potential disruptions in the supply chain.
Performance Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analytics: Create detailed architectural reports and analyses to support decision-making and communicate supply chain performance to senior management.
Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA), with a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, trends, and technologies, with experience in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and initiatives, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges.
Certification: Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
