OVERVIEW:

As E2E Global Orchestration, you will be part of a high growth team that drives a best-in-class planning process that is globally standardized, efficient, and delivers meaningful insights across MedTech and Innovative Medicine. We co-create, connect & frame, and continually advance J&J’s connected planning process. You will become part of a global finance team and be the primary process owner across the Global Calendar and Execution in the connected planning environment supporting the Innovative Medicine business across all functions and regions. A successful orchestrater will come to understand the E2E connected planning process and leverage those insights to influence & shape the future & culture of J&J Finance.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- DRIVING INNOVATION:

o Implementing best-in-class planning processes and tools in support of all functions and regions across the J&J enterprise.

o Key partner in driving the continuous improvement and lessons learned processes for the calendar development and execution

- INFLUENCING & SHAPING:

o Driving adoption of SigniFi Planning Principles and increasing the maturity of Anaplan baselines for planning cycles

o Becoming a trusted, go-to business partner for IM Group Finance, Regional Orchestration, and JJT/FTS Run that understands the Global end-to-end connected planning process requirements

- BUSINESS PARTNERING:

o Leveraging key experience & insights with cross-functional and global organizations to drive efficiencies, standardization, & technological adoption

o Leading business partners through dynamic changes, collaborating across the organization to enable the successful execution of our planning processes in a timely manner, enabling strategic decision making

YOU WILL GAIN:

- GLOBAL AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL EXPOSURE

o This role will provide you exposure to all functions and regions within Global Innovative Medicine which includes corporate, commercial, supply chain, and R&D globally. Additionally, you will partner daily across our JJT organization.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business
  • 3 years of progressive finance, accounting, or business experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment
  • Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity, and drive aligned outcomes
  • Up to 10% travel

PREFERRED

  • MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications
  • Previous finance transformation experience/exposure and/or FP&A experience
  • Experience with Anaplan or other digital skills like Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau
