Description:

The Operations Clerk will be responsible for coordinating all Property Management related needs with University Facilities Management to order, schedule and monitor repairs for the Psychiatry Department which spans 3 different buildings. The position will report to and receive directions from the Facility Operation Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor building and grounds maintenance across three buildings on campus.
Assists and handles Telecom requests for all three buildings.
Assisting with the distribution and recording of keys for all three buildings.
Assisting with Space Planning for faculty office and lab space.
Maintain planning essential central services such as mail and urgent deliveries.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated property management experience is preferred.
This includes addressing and following up on building, office, and/or grounds maintenance issues such as, telecommunication, plumbing, electrical, pest control, heating and air conditioning, equipment and/or light-fixture repair and replacement needs, paint, windows, elevator and door issues, common restroom concerns, reception area concerns, building and parking area concerns, custodial issues, and safety concerns with related stakeholders.
