Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Leader in Optimization and Training to join our dynamic team. The Director will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate employees. The candidate will be an expert in adult learning

Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and develop training plans accordingly
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics analysis
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Conduct in person, on site training in client and account environments

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Business)
Travel is a must for this role
3 to 5 years proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist, preferably in Corrigo or IFM
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficient in developing and delivering training materials using various platforms and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire learners
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus
Experience with Corrigo is a plus
Traveling up to 60%
