Entry Level Inbound Customer Support and Sales – Work from Home (Illinois and Utah Only)
Must live within 100 miles of Chicago IL or South Jordan UT
$17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1200

+ Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers, offering clear and accurate information.
+ Resolution Expert: Research unique inquiries to provide resolutions or escalate issues as needed.
+ Follow-Up: Take responsibility for following up with customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
+ Utilize Resources: Use internal resources to solve inquiries and maintain customer notes in the company database.
