Job Title: Packer/Forklift Rock Island
Job Description
Join our packing team at our Rock Island location! We distribute and repackage diverse parts used for all types of agriculture equipment. We are currently seeking two 1st shift employees to assist with order fulfillment. Your role will include sorting boxes and placing them in the correct pick pallet for the forklift operators, picking and packing products which vary in size, utilizing an RF scanner, and loading and unloading semi trailers with completed pallets. This is a crucial role in ensuring our products reach the right destination, therefore high attention to detail is a must.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Rock Island, Illinois.
Work Environment
This is a large, open facility with a variety of products and forklifts. The culture is diverse with people from different backgrounds and levels of experience. It’s an inclusive environment where everyone works towards one common goal – quality. Performance will be measured by quality standards, not productivity. Shifts: 1st shift – 7-3:30pm Monday through Friday with potential overtime. 2nd shift – 4pm-1or2am depending on workload
