About the Role
Join our industry-leading team to deliver innovative solutions for Alight Clients in the Financial Services business group. You will provide financial education on various investment and financial options to plan participants. Additionally, you will coach other Advisors on appropriate tools and services, with a focus on retirement plan administration.
Responsibilities
*Leading a team of Advisors providing support to members in a managed account program. Additionally, the team offers assistance with Financial Planning and financial education counseling.
*Daily management of Investment Advisor Representatives.
*Developing supervisory protocols and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for policies and client engagements. It also includes establishing and executing procedures to meet regulatory requirements and uphold responsibility.
*Serving as escalation point and liaison between the sub-advisor, corporate clients, and members.
*Developing and implement comprehensive measurement and reporting systems to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
*Managing and continuously improving client service delivery and processes.
*Servicing participants as an Investment advisor by taking inbound and making outbound calls as needed.
Requirements
*Experience in financial services/401k benefits arena (7 years)
*Have Team Management experience in a call center environment (3 years)
*Possess 6 or 7 and 65 or 66 securities licenses required. Series 9/10 or 24, CFP is a bonus
*Have advanced knowledge of mutual funds and employer sponsored retirement plans.
*Possess intermediate knowledge of Managed Accounts, the market that it's delivered into including: competitors, market pricing, delivery needs, client expectations, etc
*Have intermediate compliance, regulatory and legislative knowledge in investment advice
