Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in IT with hands-on experience? Join our team as a part-time IT Admin Assistant and support our industry-leading consultants. You will gain invaluable experience in help desk support and IT administration, guided by some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide end user support for IT systems such as Okta, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Intune, and Atlassian Suite
+ Responding to and resolving hardware and software service requests for workstations, peripherals, phones, and networks
+ Development and Administration of IT systems
+ Execution of change controls for IT systems updates
+ Work a significant portion at our corporate HQ
+ Being familiar with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proper response times
+ IT asset management
+ Onboarding & Offboarding new staff
+ Employee equipment hardware management – tracking, replacement & troubleshooting
+ Development of simple custom reports
+ Maintaining of Technical documentation of IT systems
+ Be available during normal business hours and occasionally off hours for urgent issues (project launches, production outages, calls with APAC)
+ Potential travel (For training or to other offices)
Qualification:
+ High School Diploma + IT related college experience or professional experience
+ US Citizenship / Clean background check
+ Conversational English and ability to write technically
+ Optional – Military Vet (Active or Reserves)

+ Microsoft 365 Office Suite
+ Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
+ Docker / Docker Swarm
+ CD/CI Pipelines
+ Cloud Providers (Google, Amazon, Microsoft)

+ Security Protocols (OAuth, Web Authentication)
+ Documentation (System Specifications, Configurations
