Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC basics, drywall and paint finishing, and general troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should efficiently identify and resolve issues while maintaining high standards of customer service, explaining procedures in understandable terms and ensuring minimal disruption.
