Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician role involves executing preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery. The aim is to enhance operational efficiency and uptime. The role also includes undertaking special projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and the continuous improvement initiatives that drive our company goals. Key tasks include following the directives of the Maintenance Manager on daily tasks and long-term projects, repairing a variety of hydraulic metal stamping presses, troubleshooting issues using PLC program software, adhering to and assisting in following PM Schedules, interpreting and following blueprints and schematics, installing or moving machinery, and promoting safety guidelines.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing plant office, with normal exposure to noise, dust, and hazards associated with high traffic, heavy machinery, and manufacturing plant environments. The employee will be expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines at all times.
