KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Roadmap and Backlog Management: Develop and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog to meet user needs and align with company strategies.
Optimization: Partner with our Ecommerce analyst, merchandising, and website development teams to maximize the value of delivered work.
Growth and Enhancement: Lead the development and optimization of the platform to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Strategic Input: Provide input and ensure alignment with investment and capacity decisions.
YOUR IMPACT
User-Centric Development: Ensure the digital commerce platform meets and exceeds user expectations by staying attuned to user feedback and industry trends.
Market Leadership: Play a key role in maintaining and expanding our market-leading position in the food industry.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot experience.
3+ years of experience in Marketing, IT, and business functions.
Proven experience in agile development, capturing business requirements, and data-driven decision making.
Advanced understanding of business processes and practices.
Strong skills in business analysis, project management, and communication.
Experience in product ownership within digital commerce or related fields.
Knowledge of Digital Experience platforms, user experience design, and merchandising.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Familiarity with information architecture and creative disciplines.
Experience in JIRA or similar project management tools.
Understanding of the Dot Foods business model and internal processes.
3+ years in complex business management environments.
ROLE SPECIFICS
Travel -Occasional overnight travel to internal and industry event. Must be able to travel independently as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
