We are searching for a Director of Data Management and Analytics to join our growing Information Technology (IT) Team!

As a Director of Data Management and Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the Data & Analytics Team, coordinating overall operations, managing project requirements, and leading related activities. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-quality mindset and leveraging automation in data management. You will drive the vision and strategy for data governance, reporting, and analytics, and collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to implement data processes essential for B2B Commerce and other strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will lead data conversions for M&A activities and managing the support and deployment of SAP enhancements related to data management.

How will you impact our organization as Director of Data Management and Analytics on a daily basis?

• Manage the Master Data team to ensure data integrity and quality.

• Lead capability adoption, training initiatives, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration within the team.

• Establish performance objectives, training plans, and future state goals for team members.

• Define and implement data strategy, policies, and control's.

• Ensure alignment of master data rules with operational requirements, and establish a Data Governance Council and manage data workflows.

• Identify and prioritize data governance projects and resolve escalated issues.

• Identify areas for data quality improvement and implement solutions.

• Manage the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP enhancements.

• Support data migration and manage the scope and timeline of data projects.

• Align data architecture with business visualization needs.

• Drive the vision for Data & Analytics Enablement, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and develop a delivery roadmap.

Leadership and Communications Skills:
