Job Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in implanting productive marketing strategies and plans. This position's starting wage is $16.
Essential Functions:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
Develop and implement media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across various platforms
Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data driven recommendations for improvement
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns
Engage with online communities, team members, and business to build brand advocacy and partnerships
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to differentiate our brand
Stay informed about relevant social media advertising options and assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns
Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of six months of related experience and training
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily
Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
Occasionally required to sit or stoop
Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
