Senior Director, Strategy and Business Management
The Sr. Director of Strategy and Business Management will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, North America, to ensure successful execution of short- and long-term goals within North America. Responsibilities include executing on strategic plans, implementing change management, facilitating prioritization of key initiatives, executive communication, and accelerating program outcomes.Aon is in the business of better decisions

Accountable for identifying Leader's priorities, strategically aligning their time with them, and revisiting them regularly to assess progress.
Facilitate development and measurements of goals and objectives.
Facilitates the alignment of portfolio activity to business outcomes.
Act as a thought partner, responsible for brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges.
Drive development, execution, continuous improvement, and adoption of standards, methods, tools, and best practices.
Liaise and partner with key Function and Region Leaders, Technology, Finance, People Org, Communication, and other Shared Service Functions on a regular basis.
Drive cross organizational projects and programs of significant scale and complexity.
Lead LT meetings, set agenda and drive performance of key action items.
Support talent strategy by sponsoring organizational development initiatives.
Drive central communication efforts: drafting communications, coordinating across appropriate channels and teams.
Supports the function's financial activities, including the budgeting process, identifying risks and opportunities, ongoing tracking/reporting, etc.Skills and experience that will lead to success
Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel Advanced, MS PowerPoint Advanced
Demonstrate and model behaviors described in the Aon Leadership Model.
Outstanding communication skills, both writing and verbal, to include public speaking, group presentation.
Ability to optimally manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments and delegate appropriately.How we support our colleagues

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000-$200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
