The Marketing Assistant is an accomplished assistant with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and who works independently under general direction only. Must be capable to perform project-oriented tasks of a confidential, complex, and/or technical nature. The Marketing Assistant performs a full range of administrative marketing functions for a team of business professionals in Hygiene, Health & Consumables Product Management & Marketing.

Occasional overtime involved with travel and trade shows

Primary Responsibilities
Administrative & Marketing Support
Manage collateral in the digital asset management system
Manage contacts in SFDC for marketing campaigns
Download SFDC information upon request
Research and oOrder promotional items for events
Manage subscriptions to publications
Submit payments/POs for subscriptions, abstracts, hotels, etc.
Support execution of tradeshows and events
Technical support
Compile and analyze data and trends
Manage special projects based on business needs
Become the primary administrator, problem-solver, trainer, subject matter expert and contact fordepartment software and online subscriptions to services (i.e. Teams, SharePoint, IndustryIntelligence)
Organize and store electronic data needed for the tracking of projects
Communications
Serve as the communicator to various stakeholders, including: other managers/employees within the organization and external vendors and customers
Prepare internal and external communications, including emails and letters for mass distribution
Assist with preparing and formatting presentations
Manage dynamic distribution lists and send communications using the designated email address
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years administrative experience (or equivalent gained externally)
Marketing background or education
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint) and email management software. Experience with SharePoint, SAP and SAP, and generative automated intelligence (AI) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills, including data systems and analysis
Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and perform independently under general direction and light supervision
Very strong organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage to strict deadlines
Motivation to work as a team player, demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to job requirements
Willingness to travel in the U.S. as needed (>10%)

Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $24/hr.
