Your responsibilities
Oversee and direct improvement of machine availability and efficiency by systematically addressing part and procurement issues that inhibit productive operation of machinery; supervise and manage Maintenance Planning team employees, including scheduling work, delegating work assignments, and evaluating performance; develop and maintain comprehensive plans for preventive and predictive maintenance activities for production assets; coordinate with fellow managers regarding installation and removal of equipment; assist with coordinating engineering changes to enhance equipment production operations; coordinate outside services required for machinery repairs, and oversee purchase order requisitions for all goods, equipment and services related to maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery; communicate with shift supervisors regarding maintenance issues, and ensure adherence to all maintenance-related company policies and procedures, as well as with applicable external quality standards, including lATF 16949/1SO 9001; and prepare and implement training activities in maintenance and continuous improvement techniques for maintenance personnel. 
Your profile
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering, or closely related field of study, or foreign equivalent degree.
2 years of experience in a maintenance planning or procurement position or related maintenance role in the heavy duty industrial and automotive crankshaft industry.
Must have 2 years of work experience with each of the following: overseeing maintenance parts purchasing process and vendor management for CNC metal machining equipment
reviewing and analyzing spare parts and critical spare parts inventory levels for CNC metal machining equipment; performing analysis of downtime data and machine component failures for CNC metal machining equipment to drive improvement actions

managing and maintaining budget; compiling daily, weekly, and monthly KPI data reporting for management and board of directors.
