Embark on a thrilling journey as the Consulting Director of Cloud Identity and Access Management (Cloud IAM) , a pivotal role within our InfoSec organization. As the esteemed subject matter expert for our IAM program, you’ll navigate the complexities of a global company’s security landscape. Your mission: to counsel our leadership on the innovative evolution of our Cloud IAM strategy. Champion the defense of our brand, company, and employees by pioneering and championing a versatile IAM cloud strategy that proactively counters the ever-shifting threat landscape. As a distinguished high-level contributor, you’ll cultivate influential partnerships across the organization, encompassing Access Governance, User Lifecycle Management, Identity and Directory Services, and Secrets Management.
Core Responsibilities:+ Assume the mantle of Subject Matter Expert for public Cloud IAM services (GCP, AWS), mastering areas such as IAM, Privileged Access Management, SSO, MFA, and IAM Operations.
+ Orchestrate the development and deployment of identity and access management projects, fortifying cloud security through initiatives like credential rotation and enhanced visibility for cloud-based and non-human identities.
+ Guide business IT application teams through the maze of access management technology challenges and breakthroughs within the cloud ecosystem.
+ Lead the revolution in automating identity provisioning, marrying IAM cloud architecture with enterprise business imperatives, and ensuring seamless integration with the enterprise identity stack.
+ Utilize your leadership acumen to distill strategic company visions into a compelling product execution roadmap.
+ Propel transformative initiatives in IAM provisioning and lifecycle management, harnessing self-service and automation to craft a frictionless user experience.
+ Steer designated segments of the cloud IAM strategy and capability roadmap to fruition.
+ Redefine the strategy and operating model for privileged access management governance and technology solutions, establishing new benchmarks for the industry.

Expertise and Skills Sought:+ Unrivaled expertise in IAM principles, processes, and avant-garde technology solutions.
+ All-encompassing knowledge across the IAM spectrum, including MFA, Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management, SSO, and identity platforms.
+ Proficiency with native Active Directory services, password vaulting, PAM policies, and beyond.
+ Hands-on experience with premier technologies such as CyberArk, GCP IAM, AWS identity, SailPoint, and Secrets Manager.
+ Mastery of identity-based controls and a track record of aligning strategic objectives with tactical execution.
+ Stellar communication skills, adept at connecting with all organizational tiers.
+ Proven agility in prioritizing and executing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
