In the role of a Quality Manager you will coordinate quality programs across multiple global Resource Industries facilities. Drives replication of best practices across the division and identifies opportunities for standardization and improvement. Coordinates quality communications and activities with Dealer and Customer entities. Will lead end-to-end BIQ efforts across the division, working closely with our facility, operations and product group partners.

What you will do:

- Analyzes customer requirements, defines specifications for products and services, and develops quality control processes to review and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Developing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing quality assurance processes to ensure final products and services are compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Gathering and understanding customer requirements, defining product or service specifications, and ensuring that their expectations are met to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.

- Initiates and leads the resolution of high-impact and cross-functional problems. Demonstrates a sense of urgency.

- Recruiting, developing, and leading staff to accomplish personal and organizational goals, adhere to policies/procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage process to achieve compliance for internal quality audits and coordinate external on-site audits; analyzing all product development and manufacturing procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend and implement corrective actions.

- Assesses industry and marketplace for quality management best practices and tools.

- Consults quality practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

- Monitors organization and industry experience, and identifies improvement opportunities.
