Overall Purpose
This position oversees the development of the Paze product as it integrates with businesses and strategic partners.

Essential Functions
Develops complex strategic product initiatives that result in significant expansion of the Paze Product
Leads a team of motivated product managers dedicated to bringing best-in-class products to our Financial Institution and Merchant customers
Engages with both customers and Early Warning's leadership to capture feedback for technology and process improvements to drive adoption and deliver business value.
Develops and strengthens executive C-level relationships with strategic partners and clients
Documents business requirements needed to partner with the organization to design, implement, test, and deploy enhancements.
Identifies, evaluates, and consults on new sales and customer success technologies, process innovations and vendor relationships for alignment.
Analyzes opportunities, synthesizes findings, develops go-forward plans, and acts as part of the ongoing team to translate recommendations into results.
Creates and leads presentations and briefs with leadership.
Oversees product development team to ensure that our customer facing documents are easy to understand and enable ease of implementation.
Provides thought leadership and represents the product and company, speaking at trade events, client conferences, industry webinars and podcasts
Serves as a trusted leader, mentor, and trainer
Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
Education or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree.
15 or more years relevant work experience in Product Management
Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience
Experience in recruiting and developing direct talent
Knowledge of card-based payments systems including technical, business and legal considerations
Knowledge of alternative payments and programs
Knowledge of ecommerce, digital payments and network tokenization
Experience deploying complex technology solutions to market
Experience building scalable business models and go-to-market strategies.
Experience identifying market and business needs/gaps and translating those into fungible opportunities
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and effective leadership skills.
Ability to travel 20-30%.
Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree
Demonstrated product management experience

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $200,000 - $215,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $230,000 - $260,000.
