Overview

Expected pay for this position is $37.99 - $44.70/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Safety Project Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating safety program activities and services across the ministry to improve OSF Mission Partner safety. These programs include, but are not limited to, Safe Patient Handling and Mobility, injury analysis and prevention, ergonomics, needle safety, and coordination with the OSF Workers' Compensation department. Along with these programs, this position utilizes Performance Improvement processes to gather and analyze data, create reports, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 years of experience utilizing Performance Improvement tools and techniques.
Other skills/knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of ergonomics concepts
Previous knowledge and utilization of patient handling and mobility equipment
