Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
+ Leading an onsite and offshore team, reviewing the deployment, documentation, forms, work plans, back-out plans, test scripts, test results, and compliance reports.
+ Overseeing the end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, which includes solution advisory, BTP Cloud strategy assessment, and SAP clean core approach.
+ Ensuring applications meet architectural standards, developing and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing, and Statement of work (SOW) creation, responding to Requests for proposals (RFP), point of view development, and eminence.
+ Tracking estimates against actuals and implementing corrective action when required, leveraging existing toolsets to design and execute the test program, maximizing automation while ensuring full coverage of functional and technical specifications.
+ Performing the role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
+ Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
+ Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
The TeamOur SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP AMS and SAP S/4HANA.
QualificationsRequired
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
+ Strong technical experience of 9+ years within the SAP technical stack
+ SAP Modules to include S4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Extensibility Apps, ODATA, BRF+, AIF, SAP ABAP and SAP HR ABAP
+ Experience with multiple functional areas primarily Oil & Gas, but also including finance, sales distribution and material management
+ Experience leading large scale SAP S/4 implementations as a Development Lead
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
