Email a Friend Save Save Apply Now Position Summary: In addition to the duties of a Patient Healthcare Representative 1 the Patient Healthcare Representative 2 will be able to provide customer service and clerical support as needed to both regular home medical equipment and the Respiratory Department. Ability to assemble equipment of both home medical equipment and Respiratory Department as delegated by the supervisor and/or Respiratory Therapist. Assesses patient respiratory equipment needs and selects and troubleshoots the appropriate equipment and/or service to meet those needs Responsible for the instruction, setup and follow up of specific respiratory equipment including CPAP/BIPAP pressure adjustments, stationary and portable concentrators, arranging overnight pulse oximeter testing and troubleshooting associated with the particular respiratory equipment. Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None specified CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Driver’s License EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS One year of service with Carle Medical Supply SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. Ability to complete assigned workload in a timely manner with minimal mistakes and ability to work in a stop and go manner with many interruptions. Excellent computer skills. Able to manage multiple and competing priorities and able to manage workload in a fast paced environment.
