About the Role
As the VP of Product Marketing, you will develop and implement strategic plans for services and products. This involves leading teams in market research, defining target audiences, and creating compelling messaging. Collaboration with product development and strategy teams is crucial to align product capabilities with customer needs. Additionally, you will oversee the development of marketing materials, sales content, and align with go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration.
Responsibilities
*Leading product marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through innovative technology and services.
*Expanding and leading a diverse team of product marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, and innovation
*Crafting compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value and differentiation of offerings to the target audiences. This involves deep understanding of the HR, health, and wealth.
*Keeping a pulse on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform product development and marketing strategies. Leverage insights to position us as a leader in the tech and services industry.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product messaging and positioning.
*Defining and monitoring key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize market penetration and return on investment.
*Leading efforts to gather and analyze feedback and market research to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns. Ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into product development and marketing materials.
Requirements
*Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
*Be able to recruit and develop a team capable of executing marketing strategies at a global scale. This includes experience in establishing high-performance standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
*Possess extensive experience in product marketing or related roles within the technology and services industry
*Have a track record of leading product marketing strategies in the HR, health, wealth, or finance sectors.
*Have a track record of leading positioning transformations
*Demonstrate experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
*Display strategic planning with the ability to lead market analysis, segmentation, and positioning efforts that drive growth.
*Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and product teams.
