Position Highlights:

Required Travel: within the Endeavor Health System

What you will do:
Senior HR Liaison to the EPMO, representing all HR strategic portfolio projects, as well as HR support to all system-wide projects (capacity/capability to deliver, and cultural impact).
HR leader, supporting the development of the EPMO, contributing to new governance and best practice disciplines in project/change/process management in the organization.
In partnership with CPO, accountable for overall development of the HR Strategic Plan, which includes developing a three-year plan and people strategy, and what it will take for HR to deliver on strategic KPIs.
Responsible for engage all HR leadership, CoE HR, and external HR stakeholders to align and agree on strategy and practical implementation delivery.
Accountable for all HR project delivery against agreed plans through active management of projects in the portfolio, managing stakeholders, and reducing barriers/risk.
Implement best practice project/project/change methodologies and tools that are most effective and impactful, and ensuring all stakeholders: HR CoEs, SMEs, HRBPs are aligned and engaged in the change.
Partner with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and utilize data-driven approaches to optimize HR decision-making processes and enhance HR effectiveness.
Serve as a lead HR Integrator, connecting projects and operational issues that might otherwise remain siloed, providing visibly for action oriented governance that collaborates and resolves.
Develop and implement HR operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and effectiveness of HR initiatives.
HR CoE for delivery and change, making sure that HR projects and operational changes are delivered on time, to budget, and to agree KPIs.
Single point of contact for all HR related Communications, ensuring they are on point, effective, clear, and sensitive to cultural impact.

What you will need:
Masters Degree in HR or related field
10 plus years of experience ( 5 years managing people)
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Able to interact with stakeholders at all levels, able to build relationships and work well across functions and diverse teams
Excellent organizational, proactive follow up skills, project management skills.
Strong understanding of complex health systems with ability to problem solve and connect diverse areas
Strong operational and business acumen
