Are you adept at steering both infrastructure and software development projects to their finish line? We’re looking for a Project Manager who can navigate the nuances of both domains and ensure a seamless journey from project inception to delivery.
Your Mission: ?? Conceive, define, and deliver infrastructure and software development projects aligning with our business objectives. ??? Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all are on the same page at every project stage. ?? Lead a dynamic project team, promoting productivity, and fostering a conducive work environment. ?? Track project performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure set objectives are met.
Who You Are: ?? An experienced navigator of both infrastructure and software development projects. ?? An exceptional communicator with an ability to speak both ‘technical’ and ‘business’ fluently. ?? A seasoned leader with a knack for nurturing teams and driving performance. ?? A proficient problem solver who can efficiently navigate roadblocks and devise effective solutions.
Your Project Portfolio: ?? A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. ?? Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, managing both infrastructure and software development projects.
Extra Points: ?? Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum, etc.). ?? Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA, etc.).
