Job Description
A mid-sized firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced construction litigation attorney:- The attorney must have at least 8 years of construction experience
- Position will litigate commercial contracts, mechanic's liens, surety bonds, and insurance matters
- Experience with drafting and negotiating construction and design contracts is a plus
- Portable book of business is not required
- Compensation without a book will be between $160-210k
