Job Description

The Springfield Police Department, Administrative Services Division is seeking an individual to collect, audit, distribute and merge daily reports for upload which includes; cases, accidents and citations. Review, update, and input all information from daily reports. Review NIBRS data for records management system reporting. Files reports and maintains the department records filing system. Assists department members and the public in obtaining reports and information. Provide information to various federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, court systems, and other civilian agencies.
