The Experience Management Data Coordinator provides administrative support for the Firm's experience management data system and maintains its evolving expectations, standards, and best practices. This position coordinates with all aspects of experience data used by the Firm to support business development, including routine reporting, research, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment. The Experience Management Data Coordinator relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
As an Experience Management Data Coordinator you will:
Perform daily data audits in experience management system to ensure data accuracy of accounts and contacts
Monitor inbound and outbound system integrations and maintain the data integrity across the system
Administer the data entry process
Automate data quality rules to remove to cleanse inaccurate or duplicate data and standardize data entries
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements that support strategic initiatives
Perform root cause analyses of issues and ensure remediation according to data management policies and standards
Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials
Collaborate with attorneys and BD leaders to create and maintain targeted practice, industry, and ad-hoc reports
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Knowledge of marketing technology systems
Familiarity with data profiling, root cause analysis and quality improvement techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to translate user requirements to technical specifications
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
