Key Responsibilities:

This role will advise and partner with business unit leaders on reaching their business goals through development and execution of business-unit level talent strategies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in collaboration with key business partners including HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Global Learning and Business Resource Groups.

+ Collaborate and provide direction to HR community and business leaders on standard processes for expanding talent pool sourcing and talent career progression

+ Crafting an end-to-end strategy, informed by research, benchmarking, and incorporating standard and leading methodologies, passionate about improving talent acquisition including short, medium, and long-term approach to talent planning in key areas

+ Support development of measurable action plans by business unit, collaborating with People Analytics team for a data-informed approach to recruitment, retention, and development practices

+ Assess progress toward goals throughout the year and support creation/adjustment of action plans and practices as needed

+ Track consistency in approach across strategies to ensure alignment to enterprise goals

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

+ 10+ years of related experience, including 3+ years of people leadership

+ Track record of evolving responsibility and tangible results leading diversity and inclusion initiatives

+ Experience with diversity and inclusion strategy design, implementation, and execution

+ Experience in understanding and navigating contexts and cultures within organizations that impact the implementation and management of effective diversity change efforts

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

+ This position is located in Chicago and adheres to a hybrid scheduling model with a combination of 2-3 days per week in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday) and remote work

+ HR Credentials, PHR, GPHR and/or SPHR, Project Management certifications
