Job Description Summary

In this role you will join a global team aligned to proactively discovering top talent for GE HealthCare; You’ll work with our executive talent acquisition partners and HR stakeholders to understand our most critical profiles, both current and future and, map out talent pipelines.

You will use research techniques to plot out appropriate talent aligned to our critical profiles. This often involves searching on an international scale to find the most exceptional, diverse and often, passive talent in the market, leveraging direct channels for sourcing and talent discovery – such as LinkedIn, SeekOut, executive networking, deep web research, professional associations/events, executive referrals, and Thrive TRM to recruit appropriate talent supporting GE HealthCare’s strategy. You will develop pipelines of external prospects and approach, qualify, evaluate and rank in partnership with the executive search partner. You will gather relevant data about the prospects experience including resume, motivation, compensation expectations, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Research & Sourcing

+ Obtain an understanding of the business imperatives for project assignments

+ Conduct market and talent research, gathering initial target data based on talent priorities

+ Identify potential talent and ‘multiplier’ individuals that offer recommendations of other top talent for consideration.

+ Investigate organizations where similar profiles exist and where individuals will have the appropriate skill, experience, profile & credibility.

+ Create “talent maps” that include contact details for potential talent within Thrive TRM

+ Make initial contact with prospective talent and nurture the relationship

+ Build diverse candidate pipelines

+ Identify, build relationships with & recruit passive external executive talent

Engagement & Pre-Qualification

+ Effectively represent and market the GE HealthCare employment brand, the organization’s business objectives &career opportunities to potential candidates

+ Follow a consistent process and best practices for selecting the highest quality candidates; use refined probing techniques to elicit information

+ Readily identify and address objections; assess when to pursue or withdraw

+ Summarize candidate strengths and needs relative to profile requirements
