Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist, working the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness of Document Management and Change Management processes, oversee incoming inspection processes, and manage the non-conformance life cycle. Your responsibilities will include analyzing trends, conducting root cause analysis, leading corrective actions, developing and implementing quality management system procedures, conducting product quality inspections and internal audits, leading NC board meetings, maintaining records, coordinating and facilitating training sessions, utilizing ERP, CRM, DMS systems, and databases, employing a risk-based approach to decision-making, generating reports and metrics to monitor processes, and driving continuous improvement. You will also perform other assigned duties as needed.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Illinois.
Work Environment
Work in a very clean, temperature-controlled facility. The role requires standing throughout the day, handling products that are small and very light, with a maximum lifting requirement of 5 lbs.
