Invoice Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
Join our team for a 3-6 month project as an Invoice Specialist, supporting the AP Manager during our transition from one computer system to another. Your role will be instrumental in migrating our vendors to the new Coupa System. Tasks will include data entry from invoices, accuracy spot checks on our new automation system, basic accounting functions, auditing/data entry, and assisting in the transition of new and current vendors to our new computer system.

This is a fully on-site position in Bloomington, Illinois.
Work Environment
Our office is located in the historic State Farm building in downtown Bloomington. The workspace features carpeted floors, cubicles, and retail shelving. All new hires will receive comprehensive training with our team leads. Our standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Start times can be flexible, as early as 8 AM or as late as 8:30 AM.
