Title: HR Specialist III - Total Rewards Analyst
Duration: 2 years
Location: Remote or Hybrid (North Chicago, Illinois USA 60064)

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Specialist III - Total Rewards Analyst. This role is pivotal in gathering and analyzing benefits and compensation data, as well as updating and maintaining reporting tools in Excel and Power BI. The Total Rewards Analyst will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our total rewards programs, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Gather and Analyze Benefits and Compensation Data:
Collect and compile data related to employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentives.
Analyze compensation data, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding total rewards reporting tools, providing clear and accurate information. 2. Develop and Maintain Reporting Tools:
Utilize Excel macros, VBA, and generative AI to maintain and update Excel reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and currency of information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data integrity.
Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and streamline data analysis.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as a Total Rewards Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on benefits and compensation analysis.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA macros, and data visualization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software for creating interactive and insightful dashboards.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, CompAnalyst) for managing employee information and HR processes.
Experience with generative AI tools.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of total rewards best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
