As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating innovative science into tangible value for patients worldwide. We’re looking for someone with a Finance or Accounting degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in FP&A, specializing in Month End Close and Forecasting/Budgeting. Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, job duties include:
+ Assist with Month End Close (MEC) activities for Canada, including journal entry preparation, report generation, PO Commitment review, account reconciliations, calendar coordination, variance analysis, and commentary support.
+ Manage Gross-to-Net Month End Close activities in Canada, preparing accruals, conducting variance analysis, reviewing rebate invoices, and handling invoice queries.
+ Provide support during Forecast cycles, including data validation, presentation support, and variance analysis for stakeholders.
+ Address ad hoc requirements related to MEC and Forecasting cycles as needed.
+ Coordinate external audit requests and provide necessary support.
+ Conduct data validation within financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills:
+ 8+ years working as a FP& A Analyst working in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
+ Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S4 / BPC.
+ Proficiency with planning tools and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage enterprise-grade finance data and reporting systems.
