The Role

As the National Industrial Lead - Market PDS Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will be to retain top talent, foster a culture of excellence within the team, and drive success and growth within the industrial sector of the market. You will be responsible for coaching and developing teams to deliver exceptional project consulting services specifically tailored to the industrial sector, building strong relationships with other business lines, advocating for diversity and inclusion, and ensuring client satisfaction.

LOCATION: We are open to most major U.S. Cities for this role. Travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Our People
Implement strategies and provide guidance to PDS leaders to retain top talent, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction in the industrial sector.

Coach and develop teams to consistently deliver exceptional project consulting and advisory services for industrial clients.

Foster strong working relationships between select PDS team members and other JLL business lines, such as Tenant & Agency Brokerage, Property Management, and Capital Markets, within the industrial sector.

Partner with PDS Operations and all PDS Leaders to establish and reinforce a culture of fun, recognition, teamwork, ethics, and excellence, prioritizing the well-being and celebration of your teams in the industrial sector.

Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all strategic and staff initiatives, promoting an inclusive work environment within the industrial sector.

Identify and recruit top talent, while also guiding other PDS leaders in the recruitment process, maintaining a talent pipeline of skilled professionals in the industrial sector.

Seize every opportunity to mentor top talent and nurture future PDS leaders within the organization, especially within the industrial sector.

One JLL
Develop a product quality that facilitates collaborative pitches and business pursuits between Brokerage and PDS within the industrial sector, positioning JLL as a comprehensive and reliable source for key client relationships in the industrial market.

Stay updated on industry evolution, emerging developments, changing regulations, and maintain a deep understanding of the PDS field within the industrial sector, becoming the go-to JLL expert for effectively communicating industry insights to clients and prospects.

Deliver regular market intelligence on trends, costs, and research to internal and external clients in the industrial sector, enhancing the value proposition of PDS in the local market and enabling clients to make informed decisions based on up-to-date information within the industrial sector.
