Job Description: Design, develop and maintain key operations processes, data models, and templates to enable Operations team to scale. Coordinate with cross functional teams within Brand Management, Investment, Growth Operations to ensure processes are up to date and aligned. Provide support for data and systems integration during transition and launch of brands, with support from off shore teams. Create an integration and incubation process supported by standard templates, data models, SOPs and automation. Support large scale implementation and transformation work of new systems and processes. Design and maintain the operations processes for multiple brands at once, dependent upon the acquisition rate of Build processes to best enable seamless and accurate integration for brands post M&A. Support data and systems integration during integration and launch. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: Three (3) year of experience in job offered, Environmental Supervisor, Consulting, Operations, or in a related occupation.
