We are seeking a part-time customer service representative to join our dynamitic retail team!

  

Job Summary



Perform a variety of customer service, bookkeeping, report preparation and clerical duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure they are balanced. Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff. Help customers as they walk in and direct them to the appropriate area to be assisted. 



Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide superior banking personal service to Devon Bank’s diverse customer base
  • Answer incoming calls, address customer needs as able or transfer to another employee for further assistance. 
  • Routinely check voicemail & promptly return all messages
  • Sort and Stamp mail
  • Return Mailing Processing
  • Maintain and log all return mail; ensure changes are completed to reflect customers RIM.
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for retail. 
  • Prepare, Balance, Reconcile various General Ledger Reports
  • Print and mail out Trust Statements
  • ATM/ITM Balancing
  • Handle single customer service-related requests such as, change of address, debit card replacements, check re-orders, stop payments & statement printing. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of bank experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail

  • Flexible scheduling, dependable attendance and punctuality required.
