Job Overview
Komatsu Financial provides a wide range of highly competitive retail conditional sale and operating lease financing options to the US and Canadian market exclusively through our 30+ contracted Komatsu distributors and their customers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain proper lien perfection to protect the company's interest on retail finance, municipal lease and lease transactions.
Follow up with distributors for all required customer documentation corrections
Terminate security interests on retail and lease portfolio
Perform record searches for all existing and new retail customer, when applicable
Awareness of changes in secured transaction laws and compliance
Process monthly invoices paid to outside vendors
Other duties and responsibilities, as required
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Skills
Education required - Associates Degree or a minimum of 5 years administrative experience required.
