Pay: $24/hr

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm- 2am

Responsibilities:

+ Execute quality tests on all products produced.

+ Elevate deviations discovered in product testing.

+ Place out of specification batches and raw materials on hold.

+ Maintain documentation used in the QC lab daily.

+ Conduct daily and weekly calibration of lab equipment.

+ Inform QA Supervisor or Manager when equipment needs to be sent out for calibration.

+ Inform QA Supervisor or Manager when supplies need to be reordered. Retrieve in-house supplies from warehouse when needed.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ 2+ years of laboratory and testing experience required.

+ Quality Assurance experience in a regulated production environment required; experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred.

+ SQF and/or HACCP certification is highly desired.
