Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: Starting at $20.21 per hour

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, 2nd Shift

What’s the Job?

+ Perform assembly, test, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards

+ Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality

+ Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow

+ Rotate between different operations within the work cell and department

+ Notify supervisors of any process or method out of compliance

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing environments

+ Dependable transportation to arrive on time for shifts

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

+ Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and a positive attitude
