Crew Member (Highly Skilled) – starting at $13/hr and up

Responsibilities:

+ Greet customers with a smile and provide world-class customer service.

+ Prepare high-quality sandwiches quickly and accurately.

+ Ensure that all ingredients and products are fresh and on hand.

+ Maintain a clean and sanitary work and dining area.

+ Assist customers with ordering, as well as with any questions or concerns they may have.

+ Process payments and operate the cash register with integrity.

+ Work together with the team to meet and exceed store goals.

Qualifications:

+ No previous work experience required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

+ Ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.

+ A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

+ Must thrive in a team-oriented environment.

+ Ability to multitask and maintain a fast work pace.
