Position Info
The Groundskeeper position is responsible to perform outside building and ground maintenance. This position will operate snow blowers, diesel power washer, and other mechanical equipment and perform routine maintenance on the equipment. Performs tasks related to proper upkeep of the parking deck, sidewalks, flower/shrub beds, and other property spaces.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment
Ability to work independently
Ability to adapt to outdoor and environmental conditions
Read, write and speak English fluently
Prior building and/or grounds maintenance experience a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
