T itle: Rehab Tech Department: Rehab Services Schedule: Full time, 40 Hours/ week, Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday/Monday off), Weekdays 7AM – 3:30 PM, Saturdays 8AM-430PM Hospital: Ascension Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center Location: 2233 W Division, Chicago IL *Position will be assisting patient mobility, exercises and as a nursing aide – assisting with patient cleaning, positioning, and simple non-medication related nursing tasks. *Experience at PCT/CNA/Nurse aide/Therapy Aide preferred. Assist in the provision of rehabilitative services.
+ Assist with patient treatments as directed.
+ Prepare treatment areas for therapy and maintains in safe and sanitary condition.
+ Maintain equipment used in therapy interventions.
+ Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.
+ Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Technical degree required.
