Responsibilities:
The associate will work with PepsiCo’s Global Sustainable Agricultural, Global Procurement, and/or Brand Marketing teams on projects related to PepsiCo’s agriculture sustainability programs. Assignments may include, depending on
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
* 1-3 years of experience in consulting, sustainability, CPG, environmental or engineering science (or other related fields)
* Outstanding project management skills
* Strong modeling, data, and analytical skills preferred
* Proven ability to effectively collaboration across functions and/or geographies to solve complex problems
* Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly and refine questions
* Experience developing presentation materials for an executive audience
* Ability to work in matrix organization; handle competing priorities; influence others to deliver performance
* Passion for sustainability
* Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
* Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences

* Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
