Job Summary: The Regional Growth Leader position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and is a member of the Acrisure Growth Team. The RGL role is one of unique balance, with substantial focus on working with Acrisure Agency Partners to generate organic growth while preserving and enhancing Acrisure’s culture of entrepreneurialism, decentralization, and autonomy at the local level. Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement organic growth strategies.

+ Educate Agency Partners on resources and strategies available to help generate and maximize organic growth

+ Ensure strategies set by the executive management team are cohesively messaged to Agency Partners and consistently executed with a high level of focus and success

+ Uncover growth opportunities and work with necessary parties to generate revenue

+ Act as a role model to foster Acrisure’s culture to create shareholder value and ensure great partnerships

+ Establish and maintain relationships with key carriers, wholesalers, and trading partners. Negotiate enhanced arrangements with trading partners to generate organic growth

+ Act as an advisor and service provider to our AP’s. Assist AP’s in working through challenges as necessary

+ Work closely with the various home office departments (Marketing, Carrier Relations, Product, Tech-Enabled Broker, etc.) to generate organic growth opportunities

+ Provide leadership to AP’s and work closely with the REVP to provide necessary support

+ Support and drive specific company-sponsored growth strategies:

+ Commission Optimization

+ Placement Optimization

+ Tech-Enabled Broker

+ Acrisure-owned Wholesale

+ Cross-Sell

Requirements:

+ Proven success in identifying, creating and realizing the outcomes of innovative, transformational solutions to unique opportunities. Known for creativity and thinking outside the box

+ Possesses knowledge of how an agency operates

+ Expertise in the principles of Insurance particularly with Property and Casualty. Any experience with Captives, Programs, PEO’s, Non P&C products is a plus

+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, informal, non-hierarchical organization where decisions get made quickly. Demonstrates high sense of urgency balanced with focus/prioritization

+ Demonstrated ability to create an environment where people/teams perform and deliver beyond their expectations, embrace and lead during times of change, and excel by continuously setting the bar higher in a high growth (organic and M&A) environment

+ Demonstrated exceptional skills in influencing without authority with proven ability generate success for teams/individuals without dictating actions or giving directives

+ Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills

+ Demonstrated strong interpersonal, relationship building, and listening skills where trust is quickly established and integrity/ethics is unquestioned

+ Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a vision that engages people and teams, and where they can see how their work will directly contribute to the greater good

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate with agility within an organization so that outcomes are achieved without creating noise or disruption

+ Proven ability to think strategically and make the complex simpler, as well as roll-up sleeves to get things done

Other:

+ Must be able to travel up to two to four days a week.

Education/Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business required; MBA preferred

+ Minimum of 10 years of broad management experience (across functions including sales, management, marketing, M&A, and operations)

+ Senior level experience in progressive and reputable insurance brokerage business(es)

+ Experience managing effectively in a leveraged environment.

+ Demonstrated administrative computing skills, including Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel and Power Point)
