Job Description
We are looking for upbeat person with solid background in accounting as well as a strong communication skill to directly work our service and finance team. Your responsibility will be but 3rdparty management , preparing invoices from service requests, quotes, price checking, accounts payable and receivable. Restaurant experience/knowledge would be highly desirable. We use multiple software products, so familiarity with software applications would be helpful, as well as good typing skills.
The is an entry level position with room for growth. A mechanical or technical background would be helpful, but we will train you as needed. We work as a team to keep our customers happy, and everyone pitches in to ensure our collective success.
Job Qualifications
Prior customer service preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer literate - Email, Word, Excel, etc.
General Accounting, collections, accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
Reliable, friendly, honest, and motivated
Minimum High School Education or G.E.D, Associates or bachelor's degree desired
