Description

The Parts Associate is responsible for managing parts inventory, organizing stock, and coordinating with field technicians to analyze trends. The parts technician will be organized and detail-oriented with knowledge in inventory management and distribution.

Responsibilities

+ Process returns, sales, credits, claims and warranties

+ Order supply to maintain stock

+ Coordinate with service technicians to maintain accurate vehicle stock

+ Pick and load parts

+ Receive and verify shipments and check against packing list

+ Resolve customer part issues in conjunction with vendor and technical support

+ Follow up on inventory shortages

+ Cleaning, shelf selection and stocking of parts

+ Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

+ 1 year of experience working as a parts counter associate preferred

+ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to troubleshoot and think independently

+ Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

+ Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes

+ Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information

+ Must have valid driver’s license and insurance (company vehicle eligibility is based on driving records)
